As part of the Qantas Group, QantasLink is dedicated to connecting diverse communities across regional Western Australia and beyond. As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and safety on our fleet of F100, A319, and A320 aircraft. Serving destinations locally like Karratha, and further afield to destinations like Newcastle, Darwin and Hobart to name a few. You'll also handle charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate clients, offering a seamless travel experience. Before you fly, we take you through comprehensive training in all things Cabin Crew so you'll be confident managing any situation onboard. Role Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate passion and pride in consistently delivering exceptional customer service 
  • Anticipate customer needs and take responsibility in following policies and procedures 
  • Offer a caring approach to nervous flyers and respect cultural and linguistic diversities 
  • Adhere to the relevant training requirements of the role and pass all training assessments 
  • Build rapport with team members and contribute positively to the team’s performance 
  • Maintain personal grooming requirements and ensure all areas of the cabin are clean 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Recent experience in a customer facing role
  • Minimum reach of 212cm from the ground (fingertips must reach past 212cm, with both hands at the same time and barefoot) 
  • Maximum height of 183 cm
  • A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water unassisted
  • Unlimited Australian working rights
  • Successful candidates will be invited to attend our upcoming Assessment Centre 
  • Available to work a shift roster
